Refund policy

  1. Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused and in original packaging.

      2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and customised/personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

      3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

      4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace or refund.

      5. Return Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

     6. Exchanges

Contact us if you'd like to exchange an item. Availability depends on stock.
